Welcome to a new adventure.

This art for self discovery class will help you become familiar with expressing yourself creatively and intuitively with the use of photos from your phone camera. 

You'll also use your photos as a catalyst for self-inquiry, with my guidance.

As we embark on this 21-day creative journey, we will be intentionally exploring our environment and intuition through the lens of our phone cameras.

The familiarity of using our phones for photography makes this accessible for everyone.

How it works ...

-Take a walk anywhere, capture what inspires you with your phone camera. 

- Snap as many photos as you like, then choose the one that resonates with you the most that day.

 -Title it, and use it as the focus of your self-inquiry through self inquiry and journaling. As I guide and support you.

-Your insights can be shared with the group for a guided group  discussion,

or be kept private. 

- This can be done once a week or as often as you like over the three-week period.

- I'll provide weekly prompts for those who'd like, but feel free to go in your own direction. 

- I'll be available on the Facebook page, for feedback and support throughout,  via video recordings and posts to answer any questions.

This is an intuitive and visceral process, free from judgments about "good" or "bad" photos. The intention is to bypass our thinking minds, while tapping into our hearts, and facilitating self-discovery in a fun and playful way.

Through your photos, you'll uncover hidden messages that can surprise and inspire you. Awareness is the first step toward positive change in all aspects of your life.

I'll post an introductory video explaining more of how to work with your photos and how to share them in the group, and answer any questions that you may have.
